In this session we will come together for a discussion about what self-regulation is, look at the five steps and five domains of self-regulation, what this looks like in practice and why it is so important to understand and support our own self-regulation.

Intended Audience: Licensed Child Care Educators, School-Age Educators, EarlyON Educators, Licensed Home Child Care Providers/Home Visitor, Supervisors, Managers, Support Staff, School Board Educators
