Inclusive Environments

“When educators believe that all children have the right to participate and when they use inclusive approach, they are more likely to find ways to reduce barriers, understand how each child learns, and create environments and experiences that are meaningful and engaging”. (HDLH?) Pg. 36

Participants will have the opportunity to reflect and explore various scenarios and experiences that can support and deepen our understanding of Inclusion in Early Childhood settings through a DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging) lens.

Intended Audience: Licensed Child Care Educators, School-Age Educators, EarlyON Educators, Licensed Home Child Care Providers/Home Visitor, Support Staff, School Board Staff
