Second Step

Second Step® is a researched based program, which provides educators with an easy-to-implement, engaging way to teach social-emotional skills and concepts. 

In these two sessions you will have an opportunity to learn about the benefits of social and emotional learning for children, a well as having the opportunity to explore the Second Step® through hands on experiences.

Participants are expected to attend both sessions.

Intended Audience: Licensed Child Care Educators & Licensed Home Child Care Providers working with children from preschool to kindergarten.

Second Step kits are available to borrow at the Resource Library to implement in your program.

For the health and comfort of everyone, please help to achieve a scent reduced environment and avoid the use of scented products.
