Imagine knowing that good enough is better than perfect: better for your mental
health and wellbeing, better for your effectiveness and productivity, better for
culture, better for your clients. In this engaging and essential workshop we
explore the difference and science between mediocrity, good enough and
perfectionism, as well as the skills and practices to be perfectly good enough.

In this session, participants will learn:
how to explore the differences between
mediocrity, good enough, and perfectionism, including the underlying science
behind each. Understand how embracing the concept of “good enough” can
positively impact mental health, well-being, and productivity. Develop practical
skills and practices that support adopting a “good enough” mindset in both
personal and professional contexts. Examine the cultural and client-related
benefits of prioritizing “good enough” over perfectionism.
