THRC welcomes The Bernardi Centre the workplace training arm of Bernardi Human Resource Law LLP. We are a group of lawyers, investigators, conflict resolution specialists and HR professionals who mission is to create psychologically safe and healthy workplaces.
It’s gotten harder to have conversations with each other with an increasing list of topics becoming “taboo”. And when discussions do occur, they often breakdown into hostility and personal attacks.
This module will provide you with the tools to help employees have and mediate difficult and potentially polarizing conversations and will help cultivate positive, inclusive and respectful interactions.
