Empowering Inclusivity

THRC is pleased to welcome back Kerry’s Place, Canada’s largest service provider to families with children, adolescents and adults, with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

This interactive session will allow participants to embark on their journey of understanding Autism. Facilitators will challenge beliefs about Autism by introducing participants to common features and possible strengths of Autistic persons. Understanding and recognizing the varying needs and strengths of Autistic persons will empower participants to adapt their approach ensuring inclusivity.

Intended Audience: Licensed Child Care Educators, School-Age Educators, EarlyON Educators, Licensed Home Child Care Providers/Home Visitor, Supervisors, Managers, Support Staff, School Board Educators
