THRC welcomes The Bernardi Centre the workplace training arm of Bernardi Human Resource Law LLP. We are a group of lawyers, investigators, conflict resolution specialists and HR professionals who mission is to create psychologically safe and healthy workplaces.

 

Systemic discrimination refers to the behaviours, policies or practices in an organization that create or perpetuate discrimination, often unintentionally. Addressing and preventing requires changing the underlying rules and structures that act as barriers to equality. In this session we will provide practical tips on how to identify and dismantle systemic discrimination in your organization, so that you can create a more equitable and inclusive environment.
        **Lunch will be served.**

Intended Audience: Licensed Child Care Educators, School-Age Educators, EarlyON Educators, Licensed Home Child Care Providers/Home Visitor, Support Staff, Managers, Supervisors, School Board Educators
