THRC is welcoming back Zoe Mitchell, consultant and coach who supports and helps discover ways to foster belonging and build psychological safety.

Combining personal stories and best practices, Zoe’s session will include:
  • Review the stages of Psychological Safety and their significance
  • Identify practices and behaviors that support Psychological Safety
  • Understand how to implement Psychological Safety best practices during recruitment and beyond
  • Identifying the link between psychological safety, retention to innovation
  • Audience participation
        Intended Audience: Licensed Child Care Educators, EarlyON Educators, Licensed Home Child Care Providers/Home Visitors, Supervisors, Managers, Support Staff, School Board Staff
