This workshop will focus on the various factors that cause dysregulation, which often lead to big emotions and unexpected behaviours. Participants will learn methods for assessing the source of dysregulation and the underlying emotions that drive challenging behaviours. Participants will also explore tools and co-regulation strategies to help children manage their level of physiological arousal, their emotions and the expression of their emotions through more regulated and socially connected actions.
