THRC has partnered up with Carla Ward, an experienced Early Childhood Educator and the visionary founder of Early Learning Foundations, a business dedicated to promoting education and elevating the profession of Early Childhood Education. With over 18 years of diverse experience in education, Carla has held various roles and is committed to the growth and development of children.

Having a strong relationship with families is incredibly important. In this workshop we will explore best practices for building strong, positive relationships with the families in your program.

This session will cover a range of topics, including effective communication strategies, ways to handle conflicts and challenges and techniques for building trust with families. You will learn the importance of involving families in their child’s care and gain practical tools and tips for fostering meaningful partnerships.
