Critical Reflection and Self-Awareness: February 1, 2023

  • Gain an understanding of what critical reflection entails
  • Introduce the concept of self-awareness
  • Learn self-reflective strategies to build a sense of self-awareness and leading with love

Understanding Our Conscious Biases: February 15, 2023

  • Recognize how bias operates in the workplace and everyday lives
  • Learn different types of biases and a review of our blindspots
  • Strategies to check biases and provide a sense of belonging for colleagues and teams

Introduction to Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging: March 1, 2023

  • Gain an understanding of all four concepts
  • Highlights the need for EDIB and how power, privilege and systems operate
  • Learn how these concepts drive organizational culture

Reflection and Feedback: March 8, 2023 

  • Review key concepts from three sessions
  • Explore reflective questions as a group
  • To evaluate sessions from anonymous feedback forms
