THRC is pleased to welcome back Natalie Royer belonging consultant, keynote speaker and coach at Saroy Group. In this session, participants will learn the importance of recognizing race when working with children and families. Scenario-based questions will address situations that arise in practice along with strategies to support educators. This session will provide resources for self-reflection and how to lead with love and compassion when working with both colleagues and community.
