MEET THE STAFF AT THRC

THRC Staff
Hello, my name is Denise MacDougal. I’m constantly inspired by children’s wonder, awe and creativity, and I believe in honoring their right to a joyful childhood.

My role as a Pedagogical Mentor allows me to walk alongside educators as we reflect, connecting their practices and values to the unique visions they hold for children, families, their programs, and themselves. I’m very grateful to be a part of our podcast community with THRC Table Talks, which enables me to highlight meaningful conversations and information, bringing voices together to reflect, learn, and grow as a community.

THRC Staff
Hello! My name is Zenab. I am a Pedagogical Mentor, where I focus on supporting educators in their journey.

I am deeply passionate about working collaboratively with a team of professionals, as I believe that when educators are empowered and supported, they create more meaningful and engaging experiences for their children. Through coaching dialogue, reflective practice, and collaboration, together we spark joy in the classroom.

My work is driven by a commitment to supporting educators in enhancing their practice and nurturing a culture of continuous professional development.

THRC's Resource Library provides members a multitude of materials and resources to support professionals working with children between the ages of 0-12.
