WINTER RECHARGE

THRC is excited to have Winter Recharge back in-person! Join Martin Liberio in this interactive event. Participants will have an opportunity to reconnect with their inner child, create connections between places and spaces and identify those Gem Moments.

Play and Self-Identity: This interactive presentation makes us reconnect with
our inner child and recognize how our identity and place in this world is so
closely connected to our early childhood play and interests. Through a
collection of photos and stories of the “gifts” that each child brings participants
will see how every person in the world belongs like the multicolored pieces of a
puzzle that fit together perfectly into a masterpiece.

Place-Making: Creating places where amazing experiences happen: Action
follows thought; Place-Making makes connections between places and spaces
that we know and appreciate, and helps us remember what principles to follow
and to guide our actions in establishing and maintaining early childhood
environments.

GEM Moments: Gem moments occur when we stop the clock, take the time,
and grasp the opportunities of the present moment to create memories that last a lifetime. This presentation will inspire you to remember that the simple
moments that occur in relationships, that are shared and experienced together
often help create some of our best memories that we treasure for the rest of our
lives. What we remember best from our childhood are the simple rituals, special
activities, or times spent with a special person in our lives that made us feel important.
