When it comes to meeting human resource obligations and responsibilities organizations need to ensure that their house is in order and that they are following “best” practices. In today’s employment and work environment it can be a challenge to keep up with all of the new legislative changes. Child Care organizations (like any business) can be adversely affected by legal employment issues if their policies and practices are not up to date.
