Confident leadership is about mentoring, decision-making, and inclusivity. In this session, participants will explore what it means to lead with clarity, foster a culture of belonging, and navigate operational challenges with confidence. Leaders will learn strategies to make impactful decisions, streamline processes, and build a supportive environment where both educators and children can thrive. Facilitated by: Marcia Nicole, MPED, OCT, RECE, CEO of Ispyr to Educate & Early Years Educational Consultant Marcia Nicole, a dedicated mother of three and the founder of Ispyr to Educate. Holding a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum and Development from Western University, and an Ontario Bachelor of Education with an OCT certification, I bring over 20 years of rich experience to early childhood education. My passion is to foster an environment where educators and students thrive together in creativity and discovery. |
