This program will explore the skills and strategies for inclusive and equitable retention practices. We will review all stages of an employee’s career – from its outset onwards – with a view to learning how a manager can provide encouragement, support and equitable opportunities to those who are traditionally marginalized in their career progress.
By exploring and discussing all steps along the path of a career, you will be provided with both research and a collection of evidence-based practices that support inclusive retention policies and actions that, in turn, encourage diversity and inclusion.
