THRC is pleased to have back Janet Nezon the founder of Rainbow Plate. Janet has a BSc in Nutritional Science, a Master’s degree in Health Promotion and a long career as an educator. Food is a rich medium that can spark inquiry and learning across all areas of the curriculum. Join us for an engaging and interactive workshop that will explore how to use food to bring the core concepts and principles of “How Does Learning Happen?” into their practice in any early years program. Participants will: • Discover the many dimensions of food beyond providing nutrition. An opportunity to explore with different food will be provided.
