THRC is pleased to welcome Susannah Margison, BSc, JD, CPC, ACC, the conflict strategist and coach who will help you recover from professional and personal setbacks, rehab your reputation, lead others, and resolve conflict.

Susannah uses her background as a trial lawyer, multiple coaching certifications, and years of experience resolving hundreds of complex high-stake legal disputes to help her clients manage all kinds of sticky interpersonal situations.

A not-to-be missed 90-minute virtual session that will empower leaders and educators to turn (almost) any toxic conflict into a win.

We’ll cover the following:

  • the hidden reason why we get so riled up in conflict
  • the seven levels of conflict energy
  • tried, tested and true ways of calming emotions in conflict
  • the five different conflict management approaches
  • the overlooked reasons why people don’t do what you’d like them to
