Communities of Practice: Big Ideas for the Care of Tiny Humans (Self)

Communities of Practice: Big Ideas for the Care of Tiny Humans Wednesday, November 27, 2024
5:00pm-6:30pm

Join this community of practice to engage in reflection and dialogue as we explore and deepen our understanding of the science and practice surrounding the impact of Infant and Early Years Mental Health. (IEYMH)

Join this Community of Practice to dive deeper into Self, where together we will:

  • Promote self-reflection and awareness
  • Deepen the understanding of the power we hold as educators as it connects to IEYMH
  • Strengthen our image of the child and families
  • Seek the child’s perspective
  • Learn to collaborate across different perspectives
  • Become critical friends with our team mates
  • Strengthen our image of the educators, children, and families

“Every day in a hundred small ways our children ask, ‘Do you see me? Do you hear me? Do I matter? ‘Their behaviour often reflects our responses.”
