Becoming a Rainbow Food Explorer May 31 & June 21,  2023

THRC had partnered with Janet Nezon, the founder of Rainbow Plate. Janet has a BSc in Nutritional Science, a Master’s Degree in Health Promotion and a long time career in the Early Years Sector.
Let’s help kids develop positive relationships with food.
Join us for a interactive series to food education and resources for early years educators. An evidence-based approach to food literacy education, for adults who teach and care for young children.

 

Participants will….
  • Invite children to slow down, to explore and experience food using all their senses.
  • Learn at how to be relaxed and responsive when it comes to food and eating
  • Learn a food neutral, body-positive approach with zero guilt or judgement.

Attendance to both sessions is required.

DINNER WILL BE SERVED PRIOR TO THE SESSION
