Anxiety can be a complicated and overwhelming experience, and it’s important to have effective strategies for managing it. In this session, we will explore a range of techniques that have been shown to be helpful for managing anxiety, including mindfulness, cognitive-behavioural therapy, and lifestyle changes. By learning about these techniques and practicing them in a supportive environment, participants will be better equipped to manage their anxiety and improve their overall well-being. This session is for you if you’re looking for practical and evidence-based tools for working on anxiety.
