The Halton Resource Connection (THRC) will be launching two important surveys to help us better understand and support our community.
The first is our customer service survey, which provides an opportunity for you to share feedback on your experience with THRC. Your insights are invaluable in helping us strengthen our services, improve responsiveness, and continue building a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.
We’ll also be sharing a demographic survey, designed to deepen our understanding of the professionals we serve. We’ve carefully considered participant time and privacy, ensuring the surveys takes less than 10 minutes and collects only information that meaningfully informs our planning and decision-making. All responses are anonymous, and results will be summarized in a way that protects individual confidentiality.
