The Navigating Immigration and Workforce Symposium is supported through the Innovation Fund from Halton Region and the Province of Ontario.
The Halton Resource Connection is pleased to announce that we have successfully been awarded a Provincial grant to fund workforce development to support licensed child care organizations across the Halton Region.
We have partnered with Citation Canada’s Consulting and are excited to be able to offer a year-long virtual professional learning series to all Licensed Child Care Centres in Halton Region. The virtual workshop series will focus on practical workforce development topics, including leadership, HR fundamentals, compliance, recruitment and retention, staff well-being, and building strong workplace cultures in today’s child care environment.
In the coming days, we will release an Expression of Interest survey to organizations. Centres will have the opportunity to indicate their interest.
