A side-by-side mentoring approach is currently being piloted with selected programs by invitation.

A Pedagogical Mentor can support you in a variety of formats including but not limited to:
- Developing Professional Learning plans based on organizational needs
- Facilitating & planning customized Professional Learning
- Side-by-side mentoring using coaching and reflective practice
- Observations and completing continuous quality improvement tools
- Facilitating community of practice/networks
- System navigation, referrals & awareness building
- Support onboarding, policy & procedures based on organizational needs
- Professional practice discussions & attending staff meetings
