When it comes to meeting human resource obligations and responsibilities organizations need to ensure that their house is in order and that they are following “best” practices. In today’s employment and work environment it can be a challenge to keep up with all of the new legislative changes. Child Care organizations (like any business) can be adversely affected by legal employment issues if their policies and practices are not up to date. Our interactive session will assist you in developing a greater understanding of some of the challenges facing the sector today. Focusing on the key HR policies and procedures Child Care are obligated to implement in their organizations.
Participating organizations are provided with updated checklists to review their own organizations along with reaching out to ask questions after the session.
