Anyone working in the Early Learning Child Care sector must have a valid Standard First Aid certification, including infant and child cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), as noted in the Child Care and Early Years Act (CCEYA).

This course is a recertification of the WMC 2-day Standard First Aid Course. This course teaches participants how to confidently respond to an emergency in the home or workplace and provide lifesaving care until professional help arrives. Training includes practical skill stations, scenarios and written evaluation.

Requirements:
This course is available to participants holding a valid Workplace Medical Corps 2-day Standard First Aid Certificate.
