Retention of quality educators has always been the #1 Challenge for Early Childhood Programs which was intensified due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Awareness is key, but what is next?
Through this interactive workshop, educators will:
1. Identify the REAL costs of turnover of Quality Educators
2. Discover mindset inhibitors and shift into more innovative assessments and problem-solving
3. Demonstrate strength-based, equitable approaches to recruitment and retention challenges that yield more quality programming
