Supervisors are invited to reflect on their legacy and generativity and to consider what they are doing today to impact the future. Attendees will explore how other might perceive their legacy and the importance of generativity in aging. This session will provide practical tips and advice on simple things that supervisors can do today to impact their future selves positively. By the end of the session, attendees will better understand the role of legacy and generativity in their personal and professional lives and how they create a meaningful and fulfilling future.
