This interactive session focuses on practical ways to engage educators both professionally and personally, reigniting their passion for the field. Through strategies rooted in inclusivity and diversity, leaders will explore how to foster a culture of motivation and collaboration, promote well-being, and build meaningful connections with their team. Participants will leave with actionable tools to inspire excellence and create a thriving work environment. In this session, participants will learn: Learning Outcomes: Identify ways to reignite educators’ passion for the field through inclusive engagement strategies. Develop practical tools to promote professional and personal well-being among staff. Learn how to foster a collaborative and supportive team culture.
Facilitated by: Marcia Nicole, MPED, OCT, RECE, CEO of Ispyr to Educate & Early Years Educational Consultant Marcia Nicole, a dedicated mother of three and the founder of Ispyr to Educate. Holding a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum and Development from Western University, and an Ontario Bachelor of Education with an OCT certification, I bring over 20 years of rich experience to early childhood education. My passion is to foster an environment where educators and students thrive together in creativity and discovery. |
