THRC is thrilled to have back Dawn Braddock from the Business Enhancement Group who specializes in marketing and has 20 years as a self-employed corporate trainer.
To develop participants’ comfort level and competency to successfully resolve conflict at all stages of its progression. This session will help identify common causes and symptoms of conflict and the roles that we may play in its escalation and resolution. The Thomas Kilman Instrument (TKI) for conflict resolution is used in this workshop to help identify and build comfort levels with understanding and applying each technique. Intended Audience: Licensed Child Care Educators, EarlyON Educators, Licensed Home Child Care Providers/Home Visitors, Supervisors, Owners, Managers, Support Staff, School Board Staff
