Responsive Relationships
How can we be Responsive and Intentional in our interactions with children? What does this look and feel like?
Reflective Practice
Let’s look at creating time and space for meaningful reflection. Let’s look at the past with soft, gentle eyes and plan for the future with renewed energy of what has now been discovered.
Educators as Co-Learners
How can we begin to ignite our passion for curiosity alongside children? How can their play and interactions inform our practices? How might building stronger bonds between the children and their families support our investigations within our programs?
Environment as Third Teacher
What if we viewed the Environment as an entity of her own? How does she communicate and promote meaningful explorations? Does she show you how much she values you and all your competencies?
Learning through Exploration, Play and Inquiry
What does meaningful exploration look like and feel like? How do our own scripts get in the way of cultivating opportunities for children to engage in purposeful play? Do we feel weighed down by outside pressures for things to look a certain way?
Pedagogical Documentation
How can we show our community that we hold children in the highest regard? To honor their curiosities and their processes for learning? To appreciate and think deeply about their joys, their sense of adventure and their explorations to understand what it means to be human?
