This 4 week program has been developed to help us create a practice of compassion & love for self. For many of us who serve & support other people, we are always willing to ask “how are YOU doing” but rarely do we take a moment to ask the same question to ourselves. This program will help develop your ability to hold yourself the way you hold a loved one. Throughout these four weeks we will explore multiple techniques & tricks that will help create a better sense of gratitude, non judgment, self care & equanimity.
