Author Susan Stacey is releasing a new book! THRC invites you to a unique, emerging and interactive six part book study. The book study includes two online opportunities to explore the book with author Susan Stacey!

Susan’s newest book is slated to be released September 2018. The book has been titled Inquiry Based Learning Environments (Redleaf Press Product #545813 ISBN: 978-1-6055-4581-3.)

*Please note if the book is not available we will be studying her second edition version of Emergent Curriculum in Early Childhood Settings. Registrants will receive a confirmation email, from THRC, in advance of the first session identifying which book will be studied.  

During this book study we will:

  • Uncover what it means to inquire
  • Examine what inquiry looks like in early childhood settings
  • Analyse classroom environments to determine their effect on children’s inquiry
  • Discuss documentation and its role in fostering inquiry in children, families and educators

During the book study a facilitator is present to guide and support the conversation. The facilitator helps the group discover and create new connections, insights and knowledge. Space is limited!

Participants are required to purchase their own book.
