The Supervisors’ Connection is intended to provide networking and learning opportunities that reflect the needs and interests of child care centre Supervisors in Halton.  Each session will support requested workshop suggestions from the Supervisors’ survey this year. This session will cover Section C:  Human Resources; 5.2 Motivate staff.

Research tells us that successful thriving organizations depend heavily on capable leadership.  What are the dimensions of organizational climate and how do they apply to your staff and program?  Look at effective ways to increase staff morale, motivate staff and enhance program quality by improving your centre’s organizational climate
