5.4  Address significant performance issues and concerns

Addressing significant performance issues and concerns arise it can be a daunting task.  This session will provide a basic overview of personality types and problem solving techniques.  The majority of the session will focus on preparing for a discussion with staff, working through collaborative decision making and establishing an action plan. Group activities and discussion in pairs will be part of this session. This session will cover Section C:  Human Resources; 5.4 Motivate staff.
