Hiring your professional staff is one of the most important decisions you make in your role as a Director or Supervisor. When it comes to recruiting and interviewing
potential candidates more Directors and Supervisors would agree it is a challenge to find the “right” one. Successful “hires” mean more than just filling a position; it’s about having a clear vision of what you need, who you need, and knowing how to interview so that you find the right person to fit into your team. This session will focus on the topics: reviewing hiring practices (policies/procedures), what makes today’s workforce so different, successful interview practices and asking the right questions.
