Self-Regulation in the Early Years

This session aims to enhance participants’ capacity to assist children in promoting self-regulation skills through the practice of co-regulation. It will provide a toolbox of steps focused on supporting self-regulation rather than self-control, emphasizing the significance of building strong relationships.

Engaging discussions and reflections on how the presented information can positively impact and enhance existing caregiver-child relationships will be encouraged.

Recommended for those caring and supporting children aged 0-8 years.
