This workshop gives educators an opportunity to discuss current research on the ties between books and empathy, and explores how children’s verbal and non-verbal languages (speaking, creating, playing and writing) offer the children outlets to express strong emotions and offer caregivers insights into fostering children’s emotional well-being.
