Designed to assist workplace parties to better understand their role and responsibilites in terms of occupational health and safety and promote the internal responsibility systems. By the end of the course participants will understand the Internal Responsibility System (IRS), due diligence, the legislative rights and responsibilities of workplace parties and how to maintain a safety culture.
