 usivity. In this session\, participants will explore what it means to lead
  with clarity\, foster a culture of belonging\, and navigate operational c
 hallenges with confidence. Leaders will learn strategies to make impactful
  decisions\, streamline processes\, and build a supportive environment whe
 re both educators and children can thrive.​ \nFacilitated by: Marcia Ni
 cole\, MPED\, OCT\, RECE\, CEO of Ispyr to Educate &amp\; Early Years Educ
 ational Consultant\nMarcia Nicole\, a dedicated mother of three and the fo
 under of Ispyr to Educate. Holding a Master's degree in Early Childhood Ed
 ucation\, Curriculum and Development from Western University\, and an Onta
 rio Bachelor of Education with an OCT certification\, I bring over 20 year
 s of rich experience to early childhood education. My passion is to foster
  an environment where educators and students thrive together in creativity
