Will use breakout ses sions to work through scenarios and opportunities to remove microaggressio ns and their negative impacts in your facility.\nUnconscious Bias Working with Children: March 2\, 2023\nLet's learn more about specific unconscious bias that impacts working with children and their families. Will also rev iew studies\, research and events to support identifying and removing unco nscious bias. Breakout sessions will be used to practice identifying and d iscussing approaches to a variety of scenarios.\nFeedback and Conflict Res olution: March 9\, 2023\nWhile working and interacting daily with partners \, parents and colleagues\, communication challenges are bound to occur. L et's review best practices on how to communicate effectively so that we ca n all improve and minimize conflict or other negative impacts\, especially around sensitive topics such as Diversity\, Equity and Inclusion (DEI).
