 3\, 2024\n\n\n6:30pm-8:30pm\n\n\n\nTHRC is thrilled to have Kerry's Place\
 , back in Halton. Canada's largest service providers to families with chil
 dren\, adolescents\, and adults\, with Autism Spectrum Disorder.\nThis two
  hour session will introduce parents\, caregivers and professionals to the
  distinct ways in which Autistic individuals may experience sensory stimul
 i. Participants will review the senses and sensory systems that impact eve
 ryone in different ways and learn strategies that may assist a person with
  Autism in coping with sensory stimuli.\nAs a result of participating in t
 his workshop\, participants will be able to:\n\n 	identify sensory differe
 nces\n 	describe strategies that may assist a person in managing sensory s
 timuli\n 	describe the importance of collaborating with an Occupational Th
 erapist\n\n\n\n\n Intended Audience: Licensed Child Care Educators\, Schoo
