 on practices. We will review all stages of an employee’s career – from
  its outset onwards – with a view to learning how a manager can provide 
 encouragement\, support and equitable opportunities to those who are tradi
 tionally marginalized in their career progress.\nBy exploring and discussi
 ng all steps along the path of a career\, you will be provided with both r
 esearch and a collection of evidence-based practices that support inclusiv
 e retention policies and actions that\, in turn\, encourage diversity and
