  \nDecember 13\, 2023\n\n\n1:00pm-3:30pm\n\n\n\nTHRC has partnered up wit
 h Dawn Braddock\, a successful entrepreneur who operates her own training 
 company\, the Business Enhancement Group. Her training includes sessions o
 n communication skills\, leadership essentials\, motivating your team\, ma
 stering time and more.\nIn session one of this four part series will devel
 op participants’ understanding of what it means to be an effective leade
 r and how to demonstrate high impact leadership skills. Key learnings are 
 focused identifying leadership traits and characteristics\, assessing lead
 ership competencies\, exploring the five big rocks of leadership and the i
 mpacts on tasks\, duties\, and key functions.\nDecember 13\, 2023: Session
  Four: Accountability and Execution  \nTo outline the importance of acco
 untability and execution to individual and\nteam success. During this sess
 ion leaders build the specific skills that contribute to hold team members
  accountable for both effective and ineffective behaviour and the results 
 that are achieved. High impact leaders need competencies of how to hold th
 emselves and others accountable to execute on team goals. Accountability i
 s vital the success of any team.\nUpon completion of this module\, you wil
 l be able to:\n\n 	Explain the importance of holding yourself and teammate
 s accountable for\nperformance in a consistent manner.\n 	Define accountab
 ility as consequences to both effective and ineffective\nbehaviours.\n 	Ex
 plain the importance of creating an environment of accountability.\n 	Demo
 nstrate competency in delegating effectively to all members of your team r
 egardless of peer relationships and history.\n 	Explore the link between t
 he 5 big rocks and the necessary importance of the 5th one (Accountability
 ).\n 	Differentiate between coaching\, counseling and disciplinary action
