  better for your clients. In this engaging and essential workshop we\nexpl
 ore the difference and science between mediocrity\, good enough and\nperfe
 ctionism\, as well as the skills and practices to be perfectly good enough
 .\nIn this session\, participants will learn:\nhow to explore the differen
 ces between\nmediocrity\, good enough\, and perfectionism\, including the 
 underlying science\nbehind each. Understand how embracing the concept of "
 good enough" can\npositively impact mental health\, well-being\, and produ
 ctivity. Develop practical\nskills and practices that support adopting a "
 good enough" mindset in both\npersonal and professional contexts. Examine 
 the cultural and client-related\nbenefits of prioritizing "good enough" ov
