 p Your New Hire for Success" is an interactive session designed to equip c
 hildcare supervisors and leaders with the tools\, strategies\, and insight
 s necessary to create an effective onboarding experience. We will explore 
 the significance of a well-structured onboarding process and its impact on
  staff retention\, engagement\, and overall organizational success.\nLeade
 rs will learn how to create a comprehensive onboarding plan tailored to th
 eir childcare center's unique needs and discover strategies to introduce n
 ew hires to the centre's mission\, values\, policies\, and procedures. We 
 will explore methods to foster a welcoming environment that encourages rel
 ationship-building among team members\, promoting a sense of belonging and
  teamwork from day one and learn how to communicate expectations\, roles\,
  and responsibilities effectively to new hires\, aligning their goals with
  the center's objectives for a harmonious work environment.\nParticipants
