  arm of Bernardi Human Resource Law LLP. We are a group of lawyers\, inves
 tigators\, conflict resolution specialists and HR professionals whose miss
 ion is to create psychologically safe and healthy workplaces.\n&nbsp\;\n\n
 Pandemic lockdowns\, increased polarity\, climate anxiety\, inflation and 
 other societal issues are impacting many people’s mental health and well
 being.\n&nbsp\;\n\nProtecting employee mental health and wellbeing in the 
 face of these challenges requires proactive steps to foster a psychologica
 lly safe work environment. It also means effectively accommodating mental 
 health needs as they arise.\n\n&nbsp\;\nThis module will dissect the menta
 l health challenges arising from our unique societal moment\, and offer yo
 u forward thinking tools and strategies to address those challenges and pr
 omote an inclusive and healthy workplace.\n\n\n
