 tigators\, conflict resolution specialists and HR professionals who missio
 n is to create psychologically safe and healthy workplaces.\n&nbsp\;\nSyst
 emic discrimination refers to the behaviours\, policies or practices in an
  organization that create or perpetuate discrimination\, often unintention
 ally. Addressing and preventing requires changing the underlying rules and
  structures that act as barriers to equality. In this session we will prov
 ide practical tips on how to identify and dismantle systemic discriminatio
 n in your organization\, so that you can create a more equitable and inclu
