 Thursday\, November 14\, 2024\n\n\n6:30pm-8:00pm\n\n\n\nTHRC is thrilled t
 o welcome Victoria Armstrong\, owner of Side by Side Consulting Services. 
 For over 15 years\, she has held a variety of roles throughout her early l
 earning career\; Classroom Educator\, Pedagogical Leaders\, College Profes
 sor\, HR and Communications Specialist\, Coordinator and Early Learning Co
 nsultant.\n\nChildren are researchers\; constantly observing\, experimenti
 ng\, and testing out theories. Educators are researchers also\; listening 
 to children's ideas and responding with various material and space arrange
 ments and questions to provoke thinking.\n\nWhen educators\, build on this
  and create intentional research questions that can be studied over a long
  period of time\, relationships deepen\, children's competencies are clear
 er and environments become deeply purposeful and rich in meaning.\n\nDurin
 g this session\, discover more about what 'teacher research\; is\, how you
  can form a specific question for study\, and how you can document and sha
